New Services Inventory Control Many smaller companies suffer from poor inventory control due to lack of knowledge and/or lack of time to properly maintain their inventories. I will provide on a part time basis review of your procedures and maintain your system parameters, whether it be a min/max, just in time or MRP system. This function has a big potential to improve on time deliveries, reduced inventories and satisfied customers. Documentation As your system grows it becomes impossible to delegate workload to other personnel without documented procedures.
