Meet with top management to outline priorities required to achieve management objectives. Decide what is critical to control the business and what are "nice to have if not too costly" features. This always includes a walk-through of the facilities and possible recommendations to improve workflow.
Installation Services:
Install DBA on the server and work stations as needed. Setting of the default parameters with your lead DBA person. This is one of the most critical steps in installation of the DBA system. Improper settings may cause costly extra input steps and may also restrict output desired.
Training:
This may be done on a one-on-one basis or as a classroom function based on your needs. I always recommend that at least one person sit in on all sessions in order to get a complete overview of the system.
Conversion:
This may be as simple as instructing your staff as how to key in the required data to get started or if you have data that can be exported into a spreadsheet or text format I will work with your staff to import the data into DBA.
On-Going Support:
I provide telephone, e-mail and on-site as required. I have hundreds of DBA Classic special reports and modified DBA programs available or will modify to your requirements.
